Vitaly Solomin as John Watson in the Russian Sherlock Holmes films from the 70s and 80s. Holmes was played by Vasily Livanov.
Livanov was great, but I think Solomin really brought something extra to the series. He really embodied what Russian people thought an English gentleman should be.
